Our bloodlines here at East Ridge Siberian Huskies are started with our East Ridge "Dakota" Half Moon. Here, you can view pictures of our previous litters he has sired. As previously stated on other pages of our website, we are a small kennel, and only have one breeding pair at a time. 4 out of the 5 puppies from our first litter had approved homes before they were even born.  Nakita whelped 6 beautiful puppies, 3 males and 3 females |  A breeders nightmare. Our first born male had a difficult birth, being born in his still enclosed sac, with a detached placenta and had had his first bowel movement before he was born. Which unfortunately mixed in with his amniotic fluid and was aspirated into his lungs. Even tho we were able to clear his airways, got him breathing, nursing and seem to be doing well, he only lived 7 hours before passing in my arms. My daughter named him Freedom because he was free from any pain he may have had |  Our little Freedom, now home with us again. We were only blessed with a very short time with him but loved him from the moment he was born. |
